IT accessories brand, Targus, is world famous for its laptop bags, but the business does so much more. We were briefed to help communicate the company’s new direction to internal and external stakeholders. Our plan was to enable greater communication within the organization and drive advocacy to build excitement from the inside out.

What we did

Following a period of significant change, IT accessories brand Targus needed to reengage staff and present a vision of the future that they understood and could get behind. However, with a remote workforce spread across EMEA, the business had found it difficult to communicate its vision and goals to all audiences.


We carried out research across the EMEA workforce to understand what was and wasn’t working and benchmark key employee engagement metrics. Armed with insights from this process, we identified opportunities to resolve some communications challenges straight away, supported by intelligent strategies to address more complex issues within the business.
