I’m Global CEO at Hotwire. My background is deeply rooted in PR and communications, with a track record in digital innovation, technology, and data-driven strategy. Over the course of my career, I’ve advised C-Suite leaders at some of the world’s most admired companies on how to leverage digital, social, data, and artificial intelligence to enhance and protect reputation for iconic global brands. I’ve led global teams across social and digital media, paid and performance marketing, and intelligence functions in more than 40 countries, pioneering new approaches to reputation measurement, crisis preparedness, and predictive analytics. I believe strongly in the power of relationships and continuous learning, and I thrive when building—whether it’s a team, a company, a reputation, or a product. I’m the Chief Growth Officer for Hotwire, responsible for managing our client growth, securing new business wins and overseeing our agency’s marketing strategies in the US. My breadth of experience demonstrates how creative thinking paired with smart execution can deliver meaningful business results. I love working through high-stakes moments such as M&A, IPO, executive changes, product and company launches, in addition to integrated campaigns.

I’ve been responsible for corporate and commercial strategy, finance teams, and accounting operations across the world. Ute has over 20 years of experience in corporate comms, strategic consulting and issue management. A specialist in brand communications and social media, Ute has created high-profile campaigns for renowned automobile and tech brands like BMW, Porsche, Amazon, Intel, Sony and Rockstar Games. Her career also includes time as Head of PR for MTV Germany. You can talk to her about anything related to tech, music, books and digital culture.

I’m Hotwire’s MD for Spain and Italy. I have always worked in tech and innovation is my passion. I joined Hotwire in 2010 and I continue to grow professionally within the agency. I have always worked for international firms, previously at Weber Shandwick – Tech Practice. My goal is helping brands to look at their pain points and finding ways to communicate their assets and values and generate success. In these years, I have worked for different type’s of companies, both BtoC and BtoB: from blue chips such as Microsoft, Qualcomm, Samsung, Sony and Snapchat to start-ups or unicorns like Klarna.

Drawing on her extensive experience, Isabelle leads Hotwire France’s strategic direction, development, and innovation in expertise and services. Her deep understanding of the unique challenges within the tech sector, combined with her creativity, enables her to turn obstacles into opportunities for visibility and influence on behalf of the agency’s clients. Her ambition: to make tech not just visible, but irresistible. Throughout her career, Isabelle has worked with numerous major groups and companies, including Microsoft, Amazon, Leclerc, Starbucks, Danone, PepsiCo, HP, and Unilever. She has also collaborated with organizations like Reporters Without Borders and TedxWomen in France.

I’m an award-winning professional with over fifteen years of strategic communications experience.
I started my career at Edelman, before joining Amey engineering, working my way up from press officer to Director of Communications and Social Value. During my time in the organisation, I helped make the company more proactive with its communications and moved communications from a tactical add-on to an outcome focused department reporting into the CEO.
After 14 years in-house I made the jump back to agency life, first setting up my own, winning clients as diverse as Balfour Beatty, Mott MacDonald, Sodexo and the Global Fund before joining Grayling where I headed up the corporate team.
I excel at navigating corporate structures while infusing creativity into everything I do. I joined Hotwire as UK MD in the summer of 2025 at what is a pivotal moment for the agency sector and tech in particular.

As MD of Hotwire Australia, I lead our APAC communications team to deliver outstanding communications programs across the region. With over 25 years’ experience spanning consumer and B2B sectors, I’ve had the privilege of working with world-leading brands including Microsoft, Salesforce, Westpac, and Unilever. My expertise covers strategic communications, media relations, executive positioning, issues management, and integrated campaigns that help clients cut through and connect with the audiences that matter most. I’m passionate about developing strategies that position brands and leaders as authoritative voices in their industries. A former Chair of the PR Council in Australia, I remain actively involved in the industry, regularly judging PR and journalism awards including the Australian IT Technology Journalism Awards. My focus is simple: helping businesses and leaders tell their stories with impact and authenticity.

I am the EVP of Innovation & Technology at Hotwire. For the last 22+ years, I have consulted IT and Telco clients (Google, Cisco Systems Inc, Lenovo, StarHub, TM One, etc.) on behalf of GetIT – in the field of B2B Marketing, Account Based Marketing (ABM), digital marketing strategy, lead generation, demand generation, and lead nurturing.

I’m MD of ROI·DNA. I oversee all aspects of agency operations from driving business growth to ensuring we deliver exceptional, innovative results for our clients. I care deeply about how people work together and creating an inclusive, welcoming, and inspiring workplace where we do impactful work together.
I have over two decades of experience driving growth for influential brands ranging from Cisco and Dropbox to Virgin America. I’ve also helped develop and teach UC Berkeley Extension’s digital marketing curriculum, owned and managed a monthly print magazine, and helped pass a piece of motorcycle safety legislation.
I live in West Sacramento, California, and I’m passionate about art in all its forms, especially music, words, and photography. I rejuvenate with frequent adventures via motorbike, bicycle, or on foot.
