When we set out Hotwire’s new three-year plan at our annual and for the first time, virtual, Bootcamp earlier this year, I never would have anticipated such a huge step in our journey to becoming the pre-eminent global technology communications consultancy occurring within the first three months!

At the same time, I’m not surprised. I knew from the outset that our employee value proposition, our benefits, our processes and procedures have been setting the standard, not only in tech communications and marketing but in business generally.

An award win like this comes directly off the back of the amazing work we do with our clients. We are very privileged to work with some of the most innovative and exciting tech organizations across the world and I hope they are as excited about this win as we are – because this award belongs to them also.

What does this recognition mean for us? Being officially named Global Technology Agency of the Year, by PRovoke Media is a huge accomplishment that I am so proud of. The result of an exhaustive research process involving more than 500 submissions with the best PR firms across North America, EMEA, Asia-Pacific and LatAm, it’s testament of our strong growth over the past year and our commitment to innovation. This can all be credited to our incredible colleagues, outstanding culture and exceptional leadership team.

It’s been a pretty remarkable year for Hotwire. In the midst of a global pandemic, we’ve celebrated our 20th anniversary, smartened up our proposition, positioning and brand presence and powered up the client work that we deliver. Our clear, compelling business strategy and new and focused value proposition will help to differentiate Hotwire to be recognized as the pre-eminent global tech consultancy that we strive to be.

Winning this award now seems even more impressive when you think about what we are all dealing with. I am so proud of the work carried out by our colleagues globally and the effort and commitment shown through these difficult times. We’ve worked hard as a consultancy to create an environment where our people can achieve their personal best within a diverse, equitable and inclusive culture.

As a result, at Hotwire we’ve become more potent, more rounded, more relevant. This is a true celebration of the fantastic people in the agency who help us ignite the unrealized possibilities of tech by sparking curiosity and fueling action daily. If you’re in tech, you need to be with us!
